  If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible place horrible service. I have been shopping there for years and years. I bought door knobs but realized I would like to upgrade them so I took the unopened door knobs back to exchange for the better ones. I did lose my receipt and they REFUSED to allow me to do an exchange even though I would be purchaseing door knobs twice as expensive. My boyfriend is in construction and we both spend a ton of money in the store as do my mother and father. NONE of us will be spending any more money with them and we will be taking our business right up the road to Busy Beaver. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

  It's a shame that the store doesn't give any military or veterans a discount. So this is why I am boycotting the store. And I hope all military and Veterans do the same
